Please provide your delivery address, including the building name if you live in an apartment. If you have any preferences for early delivery or specific time slots, please feel free to inform our reception staff. Additionally, customers using a credit card are kindly asked to notify us in advance by phone
We strive to arrive at the promised time; however, due to the nature of our service, there may be occasions when we are unable to arrive at the scheduled time. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

３.Our staff will arrive and visit your location

We will ring the intercom upon arrival.
Upon request, the assigned driver will contact you after arriving at the designated location. If you have any specific requests—such as asking us to park a little farther away out of consideration for nearby residents—please inform our reception staff when making your reserv

４.Please let the therapist know your preferred treatment

Our therapist will ask about your physical condition and areas of fatigue, and will propose a treatment course tailored to your individual needs.

The counseling time is not included in the treatment duration, so please feel free to take your time and discuss any concerns until you are fully satisfied.

５.Start of Treatment

During the treatment, we will use your regular bed or futon.
When using oil, we use large professional-grade towels to protect your bedding, so there is no need to worry about stains
he therapist will bring all other necessary items for the treatment, so please feel free to relax until the session begins.

＊Please note that, regardless of the circumstances, the course time will begin 10 minutes after the therapist enters the room.

６.Payment After the Treatment

After the treatment, we will provide you with feedback on your physical condition, as well as advice on aftercare and self-care. Once the payment is completed, the therapist will leave.

We accept payment by cash or credit card.
